Shipping, Returns & Processing

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom item processing time will vary. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  Once a package is marked delivered by the USPS we will consider it delivered.

International (Customs and Duties)

International customers be aware of customs and import taxes.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@WaltersWishJewelry.com. The item(s) must be postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that the returns will need to be sent to the following address:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless there has been a mistake by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), earrings for health and hygiene reasons, and custom cut chain. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
